HI! Welcome to my page.  My name is Karen Paavola BSN, RN, CMT.  I am a massage therapist with nurse credentials located in Albany, MN.  My massages are catered to the individual and their needs.  I pride myself in my attention to detail while massaging.  I promise, I will do my best to sync my work with your goals for an exceptional outcome at the end of the session.  I offer a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and lympathic drainage.
